- Cryogenic storage of isolates at -80 C.
- Take final pictures of plates and cells.
- Cleanup.
- Team presentations.
Adjust team timing based on isolate growth, eDNA preparation, and PCR troubleshooting.
CD and CI pairs should alternate each session so everyone practices multiple skills.
Samples for DNA sequencing must be submitted no later than week 8.
